Talked to Regan at 11:30 last night. He indicated that Mom had a good day yesterday. He said that Mom did not want to have visitors on Sunday (believing that there might be a barrage). She said maybe just one person during the day with her and one at night. We can certainly be flexible and whomever is there can call and let people know if she if more inclined to have any visitors but I think we should err on the side of less than more and let her get the rest she needs. There will be time for visitors when she is in better shape and needs company.
Love all of you and so grateful that we have each other to pull together,
Brad

Grandma's Surgery is OVER!!!
Hey, everyone! We just met with Dr. Winters, and he said that the surgery went "perfectly!" He was very optimistic and said that he was happy with the results. Poor Grandma's tumor was the size of a walnut! We are so glad it is out; Dr. Winters said that he "got it all." She is moving her legs already, and is waking up in the recovery room, and we are told that she is doing well. We will see her in about an hour. Thank you, everyone, for your fasting and prayers for Grandma. We know our Heavenly Father hears our prayers, and we are so grateful! We will continue to post updates throughout the day.
Cheers for Bryson the computer whiz! Everyone knows who to call for expertise. We wish
that he was required to bring his Grandma and Grandpa with him to Floridia. However I'm afraid that he did not acquire his computer genes from us. We wish you much success in your upcoming compitition. Way to go! We love you.

Grandma's Surgery Continued...
Grandpa wants me to say: "We love you more!" We will continue to update the blog throughout the day so that everyone knows what is going on. Grandma has another request: "Cheers for Bryson for his computer award! We wish that he had to take his Grandma and Grandpa to Florida, but since we are not computer whizzes, we cannot go. Congratulations! We love you!" It has been fun to sit for a few hours with Grandma and Grandpa and enjoy their company. I think the hospital staff think we are crazy. :)
Grandma's Surgery
Hey, everyone! Here we are, at McKay Dee Hospital, waiting for Grandma to go into her surgery. Her procedure got pushed back 3 hours, so she has been waiting patiently while another lucky patient took her place...ha ha. It will probably be in about another 30 minutes. So far, the staff has been great and it has been a pretty good experience. Grandma wants me to say: "In patience, ye are saved!" Ha ha! The nurse from the OR is here, so I have to go- we love you, Grandma! They will take great care of her.

Spencer is 6!!!
Dear Family, can you all believe it has been 6 years since our little Spencer was born (April 1)? Also 6 years ago to the day that Adam and I met! Everyone is doing well and we had a blast with Spencer's party. He has such a fun personality and we love watching him grow! He loves super heroes and wanted a Batman party. Dustin is the best dad ever and took half a day off of work to help get ready for the party, and even wore a batman shirt! Spencer wanted hot dogs for dinner, with the big twisty cheetos, so funny! And like every other kid on the planet he wanted a key lime cake! Yes ladies and gentleman key lime. Sara asked where he had ever had key lime cake before and he said he hadn't, he just really loves key lime yogurt so key lime cake must be good! Sara is such a wonderful mom she made 3 key lime cakes until the recipe was just perfect. She always does such a great job with her kids birthday cakes. Little Megs felt a little neglected since the attention was on Spencer rather than her...until Aunt Stacey showed up...she was no longer neglected! We are so grateful to have little Spencer and Megan in our lives. Love you all~Stacey
